If you enjoyed that last article, I designed an on-line program based on the exercises and information I wrote about in my previous post. It doesn’t matter if you are a marathoner, walker, weekend warrior, or a power-lifter, if your back hurts, start with the basics, start with this program. The 6 week program includes:
-6 therapeutic exercises to restore your spinal movement (flexion & rotation), and eliminate your back pain and stiffness.
-3 stretches to improve the mobility of your hips and back
